Kitty Burke - Operations Coordinator
I enjoy and am thoroughly engaged in the success of our real estate business. I have had my real estate license in Pennsylvania for 17 years.
As a Realtor, I have always provided my clients with premier service. I have been with First Heritage Realty as an Operations Coordinator for 7 years. I take my responsibilities very seriously supporting all our agents so that clients are offered an efficient and professional process, consistent with their individual goals. The proper documentation for every transaction is critical and I assist our agents in completing the necessary information correctly and on a timely basis.
I also manage the incoming and outgoing cash flow of deposits, escrow checks, and other settlement payments. The onboarding process for newly appointed agents must be completed including initial orientation and systems set-up.
It is important to get every agent off to a great start. I also serve as Office Manager keeping the office running smoothly and making sure all equipment and supplies are up-to-date. I assist in maintaining the CEO's personal calendar and following up on priority projects.
I am available to clients and agents to answer questions and provide guidance as needed.
